It was 12 years ago today that I found myself sitting in a hospital room with my daughter when she was 8 years old. I had just started SPM in January of 2014 and realized I needed some people to help me. I was growing with my 5 clients and had no idea how to navigate these tough new health waters and grow a company. I knew I had to have at least 1 person to help me if something else was going to go wrong. A few weeks later, I hired my first contractor, and the rest is SPM history.
